Move Method Setting is broken

The "Move Method" Setting should let users select which move method they prefer: "Click to move", "Drag to move", "Both". 
It currently does nothing. 
This should be fixed because:

• a lot of players have been asking for this as this causes frustration when misclicks occur. 
• Other chess websites have this setting e.g. lichess.
• This has been an issue since 2014 see: https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/how-to-disable-the-click-to-move-function 
• it looks badly on the platform if you have a setting that does nothing and has done nothign for 6 years.

Anticipating people saying the "context menu says you can always do either":  It's not a setting if you can't change it.

I hope they don't mess with it. I use the drag to move method and almost never misclick. 

Trying to use clicks to draw arrows at the same time seems be the cause for most of the reported misclicks.

It's a setting because it changes the behavior of the pieces when clicking them.
