Been a terrible experience dealing with chess.com support lately where most recently I flagged up a clear bug which "the devs team confirmed this is a bug and they have now started the procedure in order to apply a fix as soon as possible", yet despite being informed days later that "the devs are still working on this", a week later they turn around with it's "no longer classified as a bug as those are the standard parameters" – such a blatant cop-out.
And there are several other bugs but apparently the devs don't give af about fixing problems. But maybe that's just my experience, so I'd like to ask the rest of the community...
