Chess.com had entire months between seasons to make sure everything was set up and running smoothly. Instead we get to CCC 15 and an hour before everything is supposed to start, everything faceplants.
Way to go, team! Seriously! How are you expecting people to take you seriously when you can't even handle the basics of event management? If you can't be bothered, just hand the whole thing over to TCEC and be done with it. Such an embarassment.
