This would be a very nice option.

The stream eats my data up like it is going out of style.

All I wanna do is check my homepage. If I want the streams, I know where to find them.

Just go to Home settings on that page and uncheck them.

I try that. But that page does not appear on my phone.

Just gives me a notifications page.

I guess Chess.com doesn't like my phone.

Yeah, you can make your home page almost completely empty if you wanted to.
