paid for Gold Membership, features are blocked

Hey everyone,

Looking for some help. Ive been a Gold level member for more than a year and just realized the the lessons are still limited.

Under the marketing tab to upgrade, Gold is stated to have unlimited lessons. However, that’s not the case for me.

Am I wrong, or have I been charged for a level of membership and not been delivered the appropriate level of features?

I’ve contacted Chess.com for support and have not received any response. I like chess.com but I’m starting to think it’s acting in bad faith, maybe.

You have an old Gold membership from before the pricing and features changed.

You still have the old features and pricing. Support may be able to move you to a different plan but you may lose some features as well since there are differences. If you purchased through one of the app stores, you may be able to cancel yourself and purchase on the newer plans.

As to getting contacted, staff are still working through higher ticket loads caused by the holidays.
