Were you using an Apple product? The last 2 updates were apparently flawed. You might check the store and see if there is a newer version than what you're using.

You should update your app to version 3.9.16 (2)
There are known bugs on the previous two versions.
Just a few weeks ago, I was playing games on the app, and my opponents time keeps on pausing, as my time did not start to run.In the next few days, I was still playing games on the app and in EVERY game the SAME THING HAPPENED(I am not playing games on chess.com recently, so I don’t know if this was fixed).Why?
