Premoves cost 0 sec, person has 10.2 sec at 10 sec | 0 game, premoves even ADDING TIME?

Games with increment add it on premoves.

That's not going to happen. Someone would have to hack the live server process since the server handles all clocks.

Actually he did. Remember that time, when 502 server errors frequently occurred round the place, and the situation was so bad that even messaging a friend meant receiving that error, yet that game managed to go on untouched, inspite of the error. Ig thats how he got those premoves.
