A moderator under the name AwesomeAtti throws our forums into the off-top, although we don’t do anything prohibited, we just communicate calmly. It is noteworthy that the forums are in Russian, maybe this is the reason?🤔🤔🤔

If they are not about Chess, or have drifted away from a Chess topic, then Off Topic is an appropriate location.
We only wrote on the topic, he threw almost all the forums into the off-top

There are some topics I have moved to the off-topic forum and there are some topics that were not moved.
The off-topic forum is for non-chess related discussion. We allow comments in any language, nothing was prohibited unless it violates the community policy.
You and others may also create a club to create and manage a private community if you do not wish to use the off-topic forum.

"Off-topic" means that your forum isn't chess-related. Even if you "don’t do anything prohibited, we just communicate calmly" the forum can still be off-topic.
