Promotion to queen pre-move problem

I noticed that when I try to pre-move promotion to queen and in the same time opponent made a move then the window dialogue with figure to chose is closing (before I choose which figure I want to promote). I lost a few game because of that, when there was last seconds of time. It is frustrating, it should not closing once I open it, even if the opponent made a move. I noticed it on mobile app (iOS).
