Puzzle interface refuses to promote pawns

Possible this has been reported before but it is pretty serious so it's worth repeating.

Using Google Chrome on a dektop I try the create a puzzle on a chess.com forum. I found I cannot promote a pawn on the 8th rank once I checked the puzzle box on the theme page.

i currently handle that by only turning the "game" into a "puzzle" after I entered the moves, but it remains a problem when I want to make later changes.

Something you can do about it?

What piece style and theme are you using? Are you using any custom animations?

I only use the chess.com defaults when creating puzzles. I enter the diagrams by hand through the diagram editor offered to me. I am not aware of any option to create animations within the diagram editor.
