Specifically, what is up with there now being two separate puzzle rating systems that are decoupled from each other? Why can't I see the elo difficultly level of the puzzle anymore after solving it? Why has it become so vague and useless? It used to be an excellent learning tool and now it's just a brain numbing admixture of mostly low difficulty puzzles, but it says I'm 3400 rated on one page, and 2500 rated on another.
