Recent layout changes

Why does chess.com insist on forcing unwanted appearance changes to users' preferred displays and layouts? I always had my bookmark set to show a list status of all my current daily games. Now I can't even see how to do that, let alone set it as my default view. I particularly dislike being presented with all the different board colors and piece designs chosen by my opponents instead of having the current game positions all displayed using my own selected options as before.

Yes, times change and features get added, but configurable layout changes should be opt-in and not shoved down throats. Chess.com has pulled this inconsiderate stunt periodically ever since I started here in 2010. People complain, but they don't care.
