I keep losing games because throughout the game the signal is getting lost. Only for chess.com and only for the game itself. The app is up to date I do have proper internet connection in the house and 5G on my device and it is started happening about a week ago. It keeo saying: Reconnecting...

Try having only one of your data connections enabled at a time and see if that improves anything.
It's possible one of your two connections is dropping out and that reconnecting is from switching.
If that continues to happen, try the other data connection.
