Rematch bug persistent & worse than ever

Hi, several months ago I reported a bug that occur when you ask an opponent for rematch after a Daily chess game is finished. I've received rematch requests, but these were taken by another player. And I've sent rematch requests which were also taken by another player. How is this even possible when you challenge a specific player, and it is instead sent to the pool of open requests? I hope the staff finally will take this bug seriously. And generally give priority to fix all bugs once and for all before adding new functions.

I never experienced a bug like this . You are using pc?

That might be a very long video. In Daily chess it might take a couple of days or more before my opponent accepts my rematch request. Not to mention I might send a few requests before one is taken by someone else.
