Agree. But if you leave the annotation-panel without saving the analyses will still be there.
remove "clear all analysis" from the annotation menu options

Thought I'd use the game annotation feature for the first time in a long time. Got my game all nicely commented, then made the blunder of trying to mark a move as a blunder. Suddenly all my comments were gone. Took me a little effort to figure out it must have been that "clear all analysis" is so conveniently (not) located right in the middle of the menu of options. That's a terrible location for that option since you can't hit cmd-z to undo it. All my comments lost with no obvious way to get them back.
