Why would I continue paying for premium when you don't even invest any finances into stopping cheaters? Even the buskers over at Lichess have the technology to automatically identify and ban obvious cheats.

Someone explain to me how you're running a system that doesn't jump all over a 300 rank gaining 400 rankings in a day, with all 90+ accuracy games.
I just checked and reporting works. It's possible you have a plugin/add-ons that blocks it.
However, if you mean that you reported the member and they haven't been closed, then three things are possible.
- They have ran the games yet
- The account is clean
- The report is inconclusive
The site closed over 25,000 accounts for fair play violations last month.
That said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums.
