Reporting and Blocking Players

So when playing as a guest previously (please see my previous thread about restrictions on playing as a guest), I was able to report players and block them if they intentionally left the table in a losing board state without either aborting or resigning.

Recently, it appears that the site removed that feature. What's the deal? Why can't I decide that I don't want to play with people like that any more?

It doesn't seem to work as a guest.

Oh, I misread your post and thought you couldn't find those as a signed in member. Blocking wouldn't work, since a guest player doesn't really have an account, so there isn't anywhere to store a block list. If it existed before, it probably didn't actually work

Not sure about reporting.

I tend to block people who start comments with the word 'so'.

I blocked a person who called me a (racism+cursing deleted) and he still is playing, even after chess.com said he was blocked!
