server crashes

Your servers keep crashing in the middle of games, and there is no recovery mechanism in place; I or the opponent just randomly lose the game. It should not work like that.

Yeah this getting ridiculous. I’m paying $100 to keep losing by abandonment.
I kind of hope it will happen at some point when Magnus livestreams. That may focus the minds of chess.com’s hapless engineering team.

Yesterday seemed to go very well, after a problem resolved very early in the day.
Pb of connection too often, If it continues I subscribe on another platform, I have never encountered a problem on Lichess which is however free
