Fix the rated system

Hello everybody,

I am really unpleased when it comes to playing rated games. Please enlighten me if I am wrong.

Whenever I queue for a game literally every second game is versus a player with a rating of 100-150 range below mine. Shouldn't I be playing with a similar rating or exact because 100-150 is a huge gap and when it comes to gaining more its impossible to climb if I don't win like 10 games in a row ? - ex. currently 2300 in Blitz, playing vs 2150 ( I win 5-6 points and lose 10-12 ), so I need 4 games to get 20 but lose 20-24 If I lose 2.

And here comes the issue, its sportsmanship, yeah, not so often I abort games, but in 20 games 10 or more opponents have the mentioned gap which in reality is a total different skill level.

I would like to hear from the developers as well as the community because this is totally unfair in my opinion!
