Might be a bad cached script. Might try clearing your cache and cookies ( for all chess.com domains at least) and see if that resolves it. I tried to recreate the issue and couldn't get it do anything like that.

I had the same problem in Firefox 73.0.1 for MSW10 (uBlock Origin did not help).
I resolved the issue by setting History to "Always use Private Browsing." If you do this, be sure to configure your add-ons to work in Private Mode.

Thanks to EscherehcsE in a related thread, I can confirm that uBlock Origin does work if you manually block the element.
These pop ups will appear each time a page is reloaded or a new page is loading.
How can I disable that?
I would report it as a bug to support@chess.com.
