Paid membership not worth it bc stats don't work

For over 2 years i could NEVER check my real stats about my rated games. I wrote to support at least twice. I decided not to renew my diamond membership which i had for several years. The value chess.com offers for a paid membership is terrible but quiet good for a free membership. TY chess.com for saving me money!

Imo the value you offer for paid is 2/10 if it were at least 5/10 e.g. stuff you pay for actually works but too expensive i'd gladly be a diamond member again

Hmm, I think most things work. There are some stats that have broken from time to time.

Which stats in particular are you talking about?

It says your draw rate was 5%. Where did you see the 82% stat?

two weeks ago, but i dont have access to stats anymore because no premium. There were always troubles and i used chrom like recommended by your customer support. The page you have shown also worked always for me. The struggle was when i picked openings on the right side to explore how i did with different moves..

@justbefair here you go. Why can i not see my opening stats when i pay over 100$ a year. Other companies sell whole games for less

Yes, there are some things messed up from time to time. When that happens, they ask you to make a bug report.

Have you ever done that?

What page did that screenshot come from?

If you send in a bug report, they need to be able to reproduce what happened, so they need to know what king of device you are using, what browser, etc. That is captured automatically if you use the bug report tool on the Support pages.

I had one for 10 years and i wrote several times using updated Firefox and Chrome. It's messed up all the time and i cant remember that it worked in the last 3 years. Stop glossing over facts!

If you look at the Explorer, it appears to be showing the correct win/loss/draw percentages.

The fact is that the only way to help get things fixed is to make a bug report.

The explorer would be completely fine for me. But there's no option to set time spans there right?. So it's quiet useless to me

@justbefair if you let AI do reasearch and analysis it comes to the conclusion that the opening stats commonly dont work on chess.com. explorer would be fine for me if you can set dates else it's useless i am not interested in all time statistics of my rapid games or whatever.
