I've seen this several times too, but I think it's an issue with Stockfish, not this site. Because it happens on other sites too. It's likely because Stockfish analyzes the *position*, without knowing or caring what the previous moves were. Even so, it should be able to see its own *future* move recommendations to realize it's about to suggest a repetition.
Stockfish showing wrong analysis in perpetual when analyzing after game.

An that's the issue. It should know The high number actually leads nowhere so I don't get the impression it is a good move. Because in reality, it could be the worst one if I get out of the repetition.
Stockfish annoys me with this a lot when it says + or - 3.5 in my favor or even more, while it suggest perpetual moves leading to a draw by repetition. It doesn't involve the King, but just preserving my trapped piece by endless repetition of moves. Is Stockfish supposed to do that or should it show 0.00? Well, since it doesn't involve checks, I suppose it should show the real number after I deviate from the repetition line suggested and deliberately lose the given material or worsen my position just to get out of the repetition. Is it ok that Stockfish overlooks that? I am not really sure but I remember having the old engines installed on my computer 10 years ago and they didn't show this 'glitch', just the reality of the position.
