Removing profile views can only be a positive thing. Now if only they would remove any and all achievements that incentivize anyone to spam posts at all. Find a better way to gauge self-worth...trying to get "fame" on a website's forums is not it.

I think the new profile update looks great but yeah, notes and profile views should be added back. I don't think it's a big problem but they will probably fix it soon.

The new profile page sucks!!!
The stats tab doesn't work propely. It doesent show any statistics at this moment.
And in general it isn't accurete. For example: highest rating is from january 2025 and if you did better this year it doesn't show that.

For me at least, the stats page works. If it doesn't work just try logging out and then logging in or check https://www.chess.com/stats (the main stats page)

I'm not aware of any plans to add either; they were removed by design.

If there's one thing the chess.com.staff is good at, it's how to completey break something that was not broken in the first place. I really wonder which genius in their team came up with the proposal of the new profile layout and thought it was an amazing idea to remove profile views, and game stats without having to do multiple clicks. The best part? This garbage got approved.
