I also got it and I wasn't even spamming or doing anything with dm´s in general
I only check it when I get a notification and then get off of it and do other things
and the bonus? I am color blind so I had to ask a friend irl to help me since I cannot see what it is saying and also there is something to be done about trolls rather than only stopping bots
This only shows up if you have sent wayyyy too many messages in a short amount of time.
