unlocking bots

Hi there, I purchased a diamond membership to unlock the bots but they are still locked on my account. Would you mind helping me as the bots are the reason for my upgrade. Thanks :)

If you upgraded on an App Store chess.com, will have to manually process the membership. It usually takes 3-5 days.
