Last time I checked, I had done nearly 12,000 puzzles over I can't remember how many hours. After tonight's session, I read that I've done 4,446 rated puzzles over 86 hours. What happened to the other 8,000 puzzle stats?
Looks like a bug. Please file a bug report so that the developers get to hear about it.
It occurred to me that the missing puzzles might be unrated puzzles. They removed unrated games from the stats summary display and only show rated games.
This might be similar. The display now says rated puzzles.
Had you done a lot of unrated puzzles using the training mode?
There used to be some puzzles which wouldn't let you copy the FEN of or solve (you might remember the big orange box instead of the 'solve' button appearing on some puzzles when you clicked a failed puzzle rush puzzle for example to open in a new tab). This doesn't happen anymore, My theory is they stripped all those obsolete puzzles to pave the way for improvements, and in doing so we lost our record of having solved them.
