Why chess.com?

Chess.com puzzles are utter garbage. Every time I go on it's the same puzzles. Use a rook or queen to take a back piece and checkmate. I complete them correctly but still, every time I doy basic puzzles it's the same again and again. Why on earth has this site spent money on the aesthetic of the puzzle interface rather than actually making the puzzles better? Because pretty puzzles are more likely to get new players to pay for premium?
Also, the ai writing that accompanies the analysis engine is awful. It doesn't say anything worthwhile and worse than that it tells you another move is better even if not. I had a game where rather than take a knight, I checked the opponents king so they couldn't castle and the move after took the knight. The ai writing told me I should have just taken and honestly the arrows on the engine said the same.
