Why do bots seem to get "stuck" and not move during games?

So, basically, I was practising against Judit Age 9 bot (1900), but as the game progressed, at the move 16, the bot got stuck and is taking an infinite time to move! As I'm typing this, she's still "thinking". The move just doesn't come. What on earth is wrong with her?
