Why doesn't chess.com declare players who run out of time in the first 10 moves a loser?

Hello. Please see. Several times, my opponents' time was reduced to zero like this game. But this site always lied and did not declare my opponent a loser. After that, I was disconnected only once and this site declared me a loser. It's really cowardly that this site did not announce my victories.

In essence:

When you make a move, the move has to spend some time traveling to our server, and then from our server to your opponent's computer. We adjust the clocks dynamically so that neither player is "charged" for the move's travel time - but rather, only for the time actually spent thinking.

They should also loos rating in any time outs

نعم..لقد انسحبت انا وغادرت الرابطه بسبب انه لم يحسب لي نقاط اخر مباريتين واحده فوز والأخرى تعادل..دون ذكر اسباب واضحه..لقد كدت اكون الاول في كريستال. ولاكن النظام الأخير لم نفهمه ولاادري ماذا يحدث..لقد تعبت كثيرا مع انني تميزت بالعدد الاكثر في مباريات التعادل وحققت جميع الانواع والاشكال بكل تفاني..ياليت ينظرون لنا في بعض الالعاب والالقاب

I've had the same problem.

Not with mate in 1 haha, but my opponent just stops moving. The auto-resign clock ticks down to zero, but nothing happens.

That message is actually a bug. It's either not correctly clearing from all disconnects, or is incorrectly warning on the long move timer. If it's past the first move by both players, it's not past move 10, and your opponent hasn't used more than half  of the starting time control on one move, then the message is in error.

What if you lose connection all of a sudden?

That can be checked to see wat type of connection loss it is and know connection loss is 24 h long
