Why some people can't update their bios

Like I guess chess.com got a new update cuz when I tried to update my bio (I have been trying for weeks but they kept showing me this exclaimation mark like this)

It looked different this time when I went to check my bio cuz this time when the exclaimation makr popped up it looked like this

so uhm I guess that answers the question :/

BUT PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXTEND THE CHARACTER LIMIT FOR THE BIOS

There is a fix to this. Save your bio to a safe place, delete the entire thing, save the empty bio, then add the old stuff+new stuff back in. This should work.
