#2 Suggestion: Change Fair Play Policy

I read only a few posts here, but anyway... I think some change in the "Fair Play Policy" is needed, too.

I already wrote here  http://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/game-aborted-by-server-bug-and-some-other-questions  some thoughts about the rule that says: each player has 15-20 seconds to make their first move.

Now, regarding the "stalling rule":

I played this 30 min game a little earlier, when i didn't know about this rule, and what happened left me wondering... http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=342630749

My opponent thought about his last move for about 10 minutes (his timer: 25:00 to 15:00). Then he made this bad move, and when i played the next move he realized he was losing the knight and resigned.

Then a message appeared that he has been violating the "Fair Play Policy" and his account might be suspended or something to that effect. Well, i feel this is just wrong. I didn't enjoy waiting, but i think it's his/her right to take ALL the time s/he has if s/he wishes. It's not my clock that's ticking, anyway....

I agree. No abort button please =/

I just want to say, somewhere, just FTR, that, since I have been penalized for fair play because of chess.com's lag and problems with its iOS app, and now I must wait 5 minutes between games, I will never play again here.  Punishing players for the shoddiness of your own software is pretty stupid.  I suggest you get some real iOS programmers.
