I don't have much time to wait 5 minutes because of absurd "punishment". It is not fair and humiliating.

yes 5 minutes is a long time to wait. it's unfair and humiliating. your conception to birth probably took about 10 months though, but it was all worthwhile since you lived to complain about this 5 minute wait.
I have to say that I am very disappointed in chess.com. I don't think that punishments for not willingness to play with weaker players are fair. I am sure that there are a lot of sites where players are treated much better. I definitely will not recommend my friends to join this site.
