Advert made Chess TV almost unusable

I tried to watch the So/Nakamura match on Chess TV today.

Unfortunately the advert that displayed at the start of the stream was extremely choppy and prevented the stream from being playable. After trying twice in 2 different browsers, eventually the ad went away, and the stream itself played OK (apart from today's other technical issues). I did miss the first 5 minutes due to this problem.
I would suggest that these ads might be destroying the experience for other users & should be investigated.
(Machine is latest Chrome, 10.9, Mac Pro w/ 8x 3GHz xeon; broadband DSL)
