I have lost a few games due to auto-resignation.I lost my internet connection for 2-3 mins. I have already lost the match due to "Auto Resignation". I donot know whether it is due to a bug or deliberate act by chess.com. But it is hampering a lot. I hope his issue is fixed soon. No one likes to lose a winning match due to such trival issues. I hope the problem will be solved soon.

Chess.com doesn't like to keep the members waiting when the opponent is not making a move. So if you are disconnected for more than 5 mins (I think it is 5 min....I usually play 15|10 game, in there it is 5 mins), automatically the game will get abandon and your opponent will win.

Well, today I played with someone who disconnected for 4 minutes twice, so I waited, and obviously he wasn't "auto-resigned" - that's the rule of the 5 minutes. Then, in a following match, I was "auto-resigned" for being less than 10 seconds offline... What??? Cry
