For a very rare change I think we've been given too much, not too little info BUT I'm still not sure what your problem/complaint is - I'm guessing that the links don't work at all? A little more prose and less technical detail would be helpful here.
If they still don't work click on HELP & SUPPORT at the bottom of the page and contact the staff about them. I doubt if my blog will help but maybe it will and if not it may come in handy later on, there seem to be a lot of temporary and random glitches at chess.com
