My point is that I don't particularly mind losing the odd stat, particularly if it's later reinstated: but I think it's good manners (and takes almost no time) to let us know. Without notification it's a bit like having the small change taken from your coat pocket - no big deal, but you want to stop it before it becomes a habit. Without a context or tone of voice to go on I've no idea how to interpret the reply. May your sheets always be clean.

my average opponent rating has increased by 100+ points
is average opponent rating now calculated on a monthly basis?
And the total moves for white and black stat..................??
The average opponent rating is back but its incorrect ! This is possibly worse than not having it. It seems to be based on games played since it was reinstated i.e. its not taking into consideration the total games history.
My current opponent rating is 1642, whereas its probably more like 1610.
To my mind this is not a tricky thing to implement. You have two columns which you update after every game, one is a total opponents rating, the other is the total number of games. From this, its easier to get the correct total on the fly without a complex database update. The only complex / time consuming thing would be to back populate all the data.
Hope you get it fixed and working correctly in time.

we decided to do it for the last 90 days, not all time. people change their play and opponents over time...
I do like it better the 90 days change, and it also seems to make more sense.
On the other hand, I wish I had not discovered it because someone had to ask. Chess.com is usually very proactive with its communication, but this whole thread shows that it failed badly in this specific issue.

I don't think that av.move per game is an important stat but it's just my opinion - I joined this site when it was already removed so I never missed it.
However,another feature that was removed, a stat that to some considered it revelant and of course "in with the deal".
