2) is impossible. no way to do it technically.
1) we want to have shows available to basic members as well. having extra shows available only to platinum and diamond should provide a nice extra perk, and it is coming, yesterday was the first one.

I would like to make a few proposals to chess.com
1) Make chess.com/tv available only to platinum and diamond members. This would increase the motivation for people to upgrade their accounts.
2) Make the chess.tv nickname the same as their chess.com screen name. This would positivily identify all the spamers.
