Although chess.com has some very good opponents, this is good practice for anyone that likes playing chess. But when chess.coms monitors/ monitor interfers to cause you to loose a game and lower you ratings or bans you from playing for 5 minutes for not even vilolating the fair play policy and issues unwarrented warnings unnecessasarily, makes playing chess on chess.com not such a fun site to play a game of chess. I believe the monitors name is Armin. When I bring this matter to Armin's attention, he only does this more, as if he dosent care about chess.coms fairplay policy at all or causing me to loose games that I might have won, had he not interferred. I just can't see keeping a monitor such as this on your payroll. Something needs to be done. Maybe you should consider hiring someone else. Please help me to keep chess.com a fun place to play chess.

Continually having trouble logging in and after multiple messages to the effect the problem remains. Keep getting a captcha and when I complete it, it does not let me in. After multiple attempt, I can get in, but there is no pattern to getting in. I have paid for a premium membership and I am receiving considerably less than premium service.

I wont waste your time . I am facing a problem where every single game I am being showed that I have lost my connection . Whereas my internet connection is just fine . I dont face this problem when i am playing on my phone using the app . I hope you reach out to me .

Question: I just played chess against someone. Our position was equal so we played for time. His time went to zero just before it became my turn. The game did not stop and it got to be my turn. I stopped, so my time went to zero too and I lost the game on time. Really strange. The time now shows both of us on zero but I lost the game. How is this possible? Has it happened to others?
I stand by my comment. Chess+ shows me the one who lost the game against Guest32869417. As I said, I seem to have lost it on time even though his time got to zero first.
Now that I settled down, I am not that worried about it. I should not have stopped but at the time I did not know that it is possible to lose like that. Now I know and I will be more careful next time. All the same, I think it wasn’t a bad thing to alert chess+ that this anomaly exists. Maybe there is a fix?

I have a very slow internet conection, and when I play chess.com I get kicked off and then next time I play, and my opponent quits before the game starts, I have to wait 5 min. before I can try annd start another game. MSN Chess dont do that to you and you can block people who you dont want to play.
