I see where I can permanently disable, but generally I like to chat. I would like to turn off when users troll or use profanity.

Last time I checked, you have that option on a game by game basis.

You're right. And I found it by clicking on the opponent avatar. Maybe add to the FAQ instructions which direct to a circle backslash symbol that isn't it the app chat.
