KG was one of our best VC player and founder member who also wrote notes in Skand home page to be disciplined in VC.. TMR also had similar problems when he switched to Windows 7 and inexplicably lost his account.. remember he is a GM norm holder.. They never tried to return but we lost two genuine members

Suppose one of MikeDoyle's opponents Mr. X was playing only 1 game, ie with MikeDoyle. Now since Mr. X knew that MikeDoyle's account has been closed and he has won the game on time, Mr. X doesn't return for a few days.

What Mr. X doesn't know is that MikeDoyle's account has been restored with his games and it is Mr. X's turn to move. Unaware of this, Mr. X returns several days later, to be shocked to see that he has lost the game against MikeDoyle on time which he thought that he had won.

Whose fault is this? 


 I don't know, but for one thing losing game(s) is no big deal is only rating it mean nothing but your own performance, it time to move on. There's life outside the computer.

I or Skand did not break the rules in any way. 


Any programme that monitors spam etc has to have fairly wide parameters. Sometimes the programme catches somethingthat is not really spam, or whatever. When that happens  an account is reinstated. No problem. All can beresolvedwith NO slur on theindividual.

 

However Skand's unpleasant attack on the competence of the programmers is something else. BOTH of you are rude. You need to wind your knecks in or leave ches.com to more reasonable people.

I'm directy attacking the programmers of chess.com. Their programmes are worse enough to not identify between legitimate spammers and innocent ones who have to face problems due to their account being closed wrongly.

I'm being rude because I have faced the problems for no fault of mine. 

 

probably you won't mind having your account closed and reopened daily (which may take several hours to reopen if kohai or someone else isn't online) . But I surely do. Chess.com must fix the bugs in its softwares.
