OK, I just had a little time to test. If I hover over the right side of the right panels, my cursor changes to a resize icon (like it would in for a normal window element). You can click-drag left or right, though it is a little finicky.

It's true that V3 and all this unending story has triggerred a lot of people including me too why don't we just forget V3 and live happily ever after using V2 only?

I hope that the old version will not be closed!
The new version for small screens like a smartphone.
I agree with the fact that the new version is faster. Faster page loads. However, I am using the correspondence chess (rarely I play online, I prefer off-line) because the speed of the page is the last element for which I pay attention. The most important is functionality.
The old version is more convenient for the PC. It is more convenient layout (GUI) colors.
I hope that the old version will always be available (eg. In the settings), and will not pushy automatic switching to the new version.

@xming, OK - I saw found the 👀 eye icon and could filter chit-chat. However, I wonder if that is a premium function, and that may not be why he's able to set it?
Also - the V3 version of Chess.tv is ... atrocious. The black pieces are hideous. The V2 version of Chess TV used the player's board settings (or they could be set). The V3 board is too oblong-tall ⇡⇣ to fit nicely in to my PC-sized browser window 📺 .. it is uncomfortable compared to what we had in V2. Any way to revert back to the old days for Chess TV???

You're not talking about the championship games are you? I don't normally watch the TV offerings but I don't think that has changed much between versions; the championship is a different story since they are using the official widget from the official site.
