Feedback on chess.com app

Today I noticed a serious problem in the chess.com application for iOs. I was playing an opponent and I was very clearly winning. As some bad losers do, he incessantly proposed to draw (everytime i declined to draw, he instantly retried). When I tried to make a move, I coincidentally clicked 'accept' and the game was INSTANTLY drawn.

I think the app should be updated with a 'are you sure you want to draw?' option, when you accept a draw.

Will you please improve your server because your server is worst that's why lost from 1500 to 1100 most of the time I lose because I premoved still it takes more time and I have very fast internet and device please do something

Can you please fix it so that punctuation works in messages. Everytime I type ' it comes up with the code equivalent.

Please allow us to hide, disable, or remove the Daily Puzzle recommendation which shows at the top of the Home page on the Android mobile app.
