Game Explorer suggesting illegal move

Open game explorer and play the following moves:

1.d4 d5 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.Bg5 e6 4.e4 h6 5.Bxf6 Qxf6 6.e5 Qd8

Game explorer now suggests the illegal move 7. exd6.

There's no piece on d6, and capturing ep is illegal, because the pawn didn't move on the last go.  Despite being the top suggestion, Game Explorer refuses to play this move if you click on it, so it kinda knows this is illegal.

This is happening because of this game in the database:

http://www.chess.com/games/view?id=4490586

Just before move 7 is played, this game has all the same pieces on the same squares as the game I entered into game explorer, above.  However, the order is different, meaning that capturing ep is legal in game 4490586.  Clearly game explorer is wrongly indexing games by where the pieces are, without paying attention to what moves are legal.

Presumably we might find similar examples in which game explorer wrongly suggests castling as a possible move.

Also, I seem to have found a bug in the comment editor where, half my comment gets turned into phantom links.  :-P
