How about putting an x button in the yellow banner?

This isn't exactly an original request but I'm beginning to see why people complain about

The US Chess League is LIVE tonight on Chess.com/TV - open to ALL MEMBERS! Click here to watch!

at the top of the page, everywhere you go on chess.com with no "x" button available. Is it absolutely necessary to have these banners up everywhere for all day or longer?

good point!  Just wondering ... would you like it more if it were the Swaziland Chess League?

I would but I doubt if anyone else would (except for other citizens of Swaziland of course)

I'm in full agreement with NimzoRoy and I have even written complaining to chess.com about that obnoxious yellow banner.  But you know what, sadly I have gotten used to it now.
