Please stop punishing me for nothing.

When I request to start a game i get aborted.  I am then restricted.  I suppose I am restricted because I get aborted too many times.  I am often aborted on the first request and then some, but I do nothing wrong. It is not my fault I'm being aborted.  I do not go against any fair play policy intentionally.  I have a slow connection and maybe that's the problem but I don't deserve to be punished with restrictions.

Why should I upgrade my membership when the membership that I have treats me unfairly.

So are you saying that a game starts, and when it is your turn to move as white, you try to make the move but in the meantime, your computer has lost its network connection and the game gets aborted?

I'm sure that isn't fun but I don't see how it is chess.com's fault either. You want its fair play policy to somehow give you a break because your intentions are good?  How is chess.com supposed to distinguish your unintentional connection break from somebody else's intentional break?

The solution isn't going to come from chess.com. It will come when you figure out how to get a better connection.
