I think we should have internal team matches. It'd work like a regular one, just internal. This means it'd be equally divided in 2 by rating.
With Internal Team Matches, (ITMs) we wouldn't have to find a team that matches our average rating and size perfectly. With normal team matches, it's more likely that the larger team will win because they'd have more players near the top of the rating range.
