@MoZdk: It's bad they didn't reply. My iPad app doesn't let me in the 'online' section.. Not sure if it works.
Page shows all the time options available to choose from.. (5, 10, 15/10..etc) but 'connecting' on top of it never leaves the screen; was never connected. I have to go via Tournaments->Play->Live chess which eventually opens the web page inside the app. DId I miss something?
When doing analysis of live games after the game is finished, the iPad app crashes very often, whereby I loose the possibility of doing easy analysis on the iPad. Wrong analysis is usually shown right before crash.
I have reported this problem to support@chess.com at multiple occasions since March (this year), including exhaustive information to reproduce the problem, and they have recognized that it looks wrong, but no update has been made to the app in order to fix the problem
Are others also experiencing the same problem ?
