Language Filter

Tried to tell my opponent that my dog urgently needed to go, and suggest a draw (I was in a winning position).

Bam, kicked.

I don' tknow why  kicking + putting a person on timeout was ever considered a reasonable solution, especially since the filter is so poorly implemented that anyone who has wanted to harass me has done so just by misspelling their swears.

Much better solution? "Your message was not sent due to unacceptable language". 

Doesn't kicking happen after the filter has detected 'bad language' at least a couple of times?

The first two times it just gives a warning.

Well, there were two bad language words in the one entry, so it kicked me immediately. That's besides the point though. It should *never* kick. It should just not send the message.
