It's frustrating, but a player does have the right to use all their time. Definitely no-play them, though.

Well With my opponent no such problems had occured because he had sent me the request of draw for 4 times... And also wrote some irritating sentences...
& I am suggesting such rule which only for such plyers who just bacome an idle during their games...so according to me their should be a ratio that if both opponent are accepting the time limit of 30+ min. then no one from them can be idle for more than 10 min. Because as per rules of chess We all know that anyone can take judicious time for his/her move... But allthough we are playing such game which limits our time limit like 30 min. games, 45 min. games etc etc etc... So if we have already made this change in the rule of chess then I m just suggesting to Improve this rule so that no such problems will be occure in future with anyone...

Well your suggestion is quit good to neglect such players but why we should go for such specification for our opponent... If they are not well ; If they are not having any kind of sports man spirit then don't you think that they should have been punished upto some extend....

Such kind of spirit never affect on the desicion of the match ; so this example is not related to our problem... But will you allow a team to play which had refuse to deliver last over of thier previous match because of their loosing position ???
Yes , That what I am saying... In real chess their is a perfect rule for that thing... But In chess.com where we already made some modification for our comfort ( like 30 min. games & etc... ) I am just suggesting a little more to make it more perfect.. Because in 60 min. game we can't wait for 90 min. + 30 sec. . So as already we made some modification; this one should add in it to make it more accurate... As real chess has such rule which you mentioned; this site should also have similar to that (& that rule I have already mentioned)...

In short I am in the favour to make this system covered from any kind of politics... & I think this is necessary...
I have a game of 120Min. after the counter of my opponent goes below then 60Min. a staff member Mr. Kohai came and make my opponent to move or to resign.. & then he resign for the gane.
So I am not saying that the Ex. which I had gave ( related to 30+ min. ) is 100 % correct... Still their can be a space of modification.. & that modification should be conducted by chess.com . whatever they think right should be implemented related to this... But so I am not saying do what I am saying but do what should be done related to this problem... Because this thing need a correction, "what" that can be decided by management.

So whatever my opponent could say as an argue ; his action speaks more louder than his argue...
And If he really thinking for the best move he never wrote that " Accept draw or wait for 88 Min. " May be Mr. Kohai had read that and that's why he made him to do so... So such players who has such intention should have some restriction ; in my point of view...

Yes that is why my suggestion is not practical... But their should be something which let this never ever happens... So Let staff should think on it. But this is a thing which needs some restriction... How ? that's I don't know... I gave a theortical suggestion in this suggestion section...
Well I am not so much good yet... That's why I had elect a game of 120 Min. When I will be able to play a game of 10 Min. I will go for it... upto that I have decided to play for 30 Min. ....

In the game, the ONLY move was to move his king. The king, queen and a rook were in direct threat. Jigar_patel's opponent said " accept the draw or wait the remaining 88 minutes".
... The person who did cheat to me had been complained by me...
Well I have played a live chess game with "10Weakness" (my opponent Name) on 24th of April at between 6:00 to 6:30 PM ( As per Indian Time )... Time limit was of 120 Min.
After 13th move when my opponent get that he will surely lose his Queen in 14th move, He din't play any more... And make me wait for almost 40 min. After that a staff member helps me to make him resign the game.
He gave me 4 times request to draw... and also wrote that "accept draw or wait for 88 min." ( @ 88 min. ) ; I had one more game also before this one...(almost 1-2 month before) In that match I had resigned as I couldn't able to wait for a long time as I had to go somewhere at that time...
I suggest chess.com that please take some action on such players... Or make a rule that in a game of more than 30 min. If any player doesn't make his/her move for next 10 min. then he/she will be declared as a defeated by his/her opponent... ( And addition to that if any player make such mistake more than 3 times then he/she should be blocked by chess.com ).
