@EndgameStudy Yes he was being asked to provide a rationale for the sites terms of service but did not want to commit himself simply being content to state that his position was legal which was like a straw man argument. Actually JD Cannon the real King of the Mods is an excellent guy, very reasonable. Good luck with your ticket.

I have raised I think two tickets with threads that I felt were arbitrarily locked, in the end I simply gave up.

IDK why the 1st thread got locked, but We've seen this scenario before where in a 2nd thread, you specifically name a Staff or mod by name and say why? They only need to justify their actions. They DON'T need to justify it, in public. Such matters are given a by the book ans, I.E. "if you feel this action was taken wrongly, send in a support ticket and JD or Shaun will get back to U".

No, but in the 6 yrs of being here, I've come to know them well. They are given a handbook of formal instruction. Rarely, are hairs split so thin as to give the mod the benifit of a doubt. Most members just move on. Another aspect Staff uses is your TOTAL behaviour on the site--friends, groups, number of complaints, etc.

I think an explanation or a simple statement of what terms of service was violated is warranted when a thread is closed. Otherwise, how are we supposed to not make the same mistake again?
I agree, expecially if you are a paying member.
I am a paying member. I have platinum member and pay 50 bux a year. I only chose payed member ship for unlimited tactics, nothing more
